Current status: Our initial testing in environments where the reversion process has already completed indicates it is successful at resolving the issue, and we’re continuing to monitor the reversion process for the offending update to ensure it completes as expected to resolve the issue for all users. Meanwhile, affected users looking for a swifter resolution can now download the latest version of the Company Portal for Mac – version 5.2312.7 – which contains a fix for the issue. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users who’ve recently enrolled their Mac devices may be impacted.<\/p>\n
