Current status: We’ve completed our investigation into this issue and determined that a recent code issue contained within a regularly scheduled service update resulted in a cosmetic issue, where users that are unsuccessful in sharing files and folders within SharePoint Online for any reason encounter an unexpected error message. We’ve begun rolling out a code fix to address the underlying issue and anticipate this process to complete by the time of our next scheduled communications update.<\/p>\n
