Final status: We’ve identified that a recent action to route traffic to alternate cloud service instances resulted in impact due to a misconfiguration on these instances involving the Allow List. We’ve rerouted traffic back to the original, working cloud service instances and confirmed impact was successfully resolved.?<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any user attempting to view call details for calls made through Skype for Business Online, or federated calls between Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Online.?<\/p>\n
