More info: Specifically, affected users are able to successfully right-click paste images into the body of draft email messages, however once the email message is sent the image cannot be seen in the email by either sender or recipient.<\/p>\n

While we focus on remediation, some affected users have reported that they are able to bypass impact by using the CTRL + V keyboard shortcut to paste images into the body of email messages in Outlook on the web.<\/p>\n

Current status: Our ongoing monitoring of the affected service environment indicates that approximately 85 percent of affected users have received and applied the fix. We’re continuing to await confirmation from previously affected users that impact is remediated. We recommend affected users refresh any open Outlook on the web instances to ensure the fix is applied.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure who attempt to paste images into the main body of email messages may be impacted.<\/p>\n
