Current status: We’ve identified and confirmed a mitigation option that provides temporary relief for impacted OneDrive sites, and we’re investigating the most scalable way to execute this mitigation for all affected users. While we continue to assess the best implementation options for this short-term fix, including if it’s a viable and scalable solution, we’re additionally examining recent changes made to the service so we can better isolate cause of the resource quota misconfiguration. We’re also assessing alternative remediation strategies in the event that the short-term fix does not prove to be effective.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This issue may prevent some users that are using the SharePoint Online modern experience from seeing files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder.<\/p>\n
