When the list reaches its capacity, this data can help you safely remove non-essential entries.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" alt=\"admin controls\" src=\"https:\/\/img-prod-cms-rt-microsoft-com.akamaized.net\/cms\/api\/am\/imageFileData\/RW1k0Xx?ver=198a\">  <\/p>\n<p>The last used date and timestamp will be updated in real time, for a forward-looking perspective to support data-driven decision-making.
