More info: Users can access their shared mailboxes from the Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile to avoid this issue. Additionally, if users are actively reproducing the issue on Outlook on the web, as a potential workaround we recommend users sign out of the session to ensure the existing cookies are cleared, then access Outlook on the web using the direct link for the shared mailbox, and sign in again.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’re continuing to analyze a recent change which we suspect may be contributing to impact due to causing a build mismatch within our service infrastructure. Additionally, while we further investigate the underlying root cause, we’ve provided a potential manual workaround in the “more info” section of the communication that we recommend users to perform while we investigate a permanent remediation plan. If the workaround for accessing Outlook on the web is unsuccessful, we’re asking users to provide fresh network trace logs to further assist with our investigation.<\/p>\n
