Current status: We’ve identified and reverted a recent service update that prevented users and admins from accessing Microsoft 365 services through Office.com apps and tiles, resulting in blank user interface or error messages; however, users and admins could successfully access Microsoft 365 web clients via direct navigation. Subsequent monitoring following this action confirms that Office.com application access has been restored.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user or admin attempting to access Microsoft 365 services through Office.com could have been impacted by this event.<\/p>\n
