With this change, Microsoft Lists templates, specifically Travel Requests with approvals and Content Scheduler with approvals, will begin to leverage integration with the Approvals   app in Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-365\/roadmap?filters=&amp;searchterms=100502\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">  100502<\/a><\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>[When this will happen:]<\/p>\n<p>Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out in early March 2023 and expect to complete rollout by late March 2023.  <\/p>\n<p>Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in early May 2023 and expect to complete rollout by mid-May 2023.<\/p>\n<p>[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n<p>In a new list created using either of these two templates, users can create a list item and submit it for approval by creating an approval request and specifying the approver, the request will appear in the Approvals app in Teams or can be approved directly   within the list. Once approved, the list item status is updated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new list templates will automatically appear on the <i>Create <\/i>list from the template screen. This is an optional feature that users can leverage by using one of the two new list templates.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" ?alt=\"Request\" approval=\"\" view?=\"\"
