Our investigation has determined that a recent update to the components of Exchange Online infrastructure responsible for sending email messages from mailboxes through the EWS API introduced a misconfiguration that’s leading impact. We’ve developed a fix to reconfigure the affected components of infrastructure and repair this issue, and we’ve deployed the fix to a subset of affected users to validate its efficacy before initiating a full-scale deployment to all affected regions. We anticipate being able to validate our solution\u2019s efficacy and, if proven successful, initiate the deployment in all affected regions by our next update.<\/p>\n
