After a period of monitoring, we confirmed that our reversion of a recent service update, which was meant to update the underlying code repository for Viva Engage, but introduced a code misconfiguration which resulted in this issue, has fully resolved the problem.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user who expected to receive community announcements through the Android or iOS Viva Engage apps or through email may have been impacted.<\/p>\n
