Current status: Our additional investigation into this issue has determined that in addition to the inability to create support tickets, admins may also experience problems when accessing the Microsoft 365 admin portal and we’ve updated the Title, User Impact, and Scope of Impact portion of this communication to reflect this new understanding. As we continue our investigation into the source of the problem, we’re reverting the service back to its previous healthy state in our efforts to remediate the impact. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins attempting to access the Microsoft 365 admin center or creating support tickets
