Enterprise: <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows-365\/enterprise\/restore-overview\">learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows-365\/enterprise\/restore-overview<\/a><br \/>  2. Business: <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows-365\/business\/restore-overview\">learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows-365\/business\/restore-overview<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>  To determine which Cloud PCs need to be restored, administrators who are managing Cloud PCs with Intune can see a list of impacted devices from the Intune admin center. To view this report, go to the Intune Portal -&gt; Devices -&gt; Overview -&gt; Cloud PC Performance   -&gt; Devices with connection issues.<\/p>\n<p>  Devices listed as &#8220;ErrorResourceUnavailable&#8221; or &#8220;ErrorResourceUnavailable_CustomerInitiatedActions&#8221; could be affected by this issue.<\/p>\n<p>  Current status: We\u2019re continuing to see the number of impacted devices decrease as organizations take the provide remediate steps. If your users are still experiencing impact, please review the potential recovery options in the &#8216;More info&#8217; section of this communication   or contact CrowdStrike for additional assistance.<\/p>\n<p>  Scope of impact: Impact is specific to customers affected by a recent update to CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor software. Linux and iOS devices are not impacted by this issue.
