When a major incident arises, we focus on remediation, learning, and change, all while communicating transparently to our ecosystem. On Saturday,   David Weston described our <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.microsoft.com\/blog\/2024\/07\/20\/helping-our-customers-through-the-crowdstrike-outage\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">  \u201cfirst responder\u201d approach<\/a>. Since the start, we engaged over 5,000 support engineers working 24&#215;7 to help bring critical services back online.
