Current status: We\u2019ve developed a fix for the case details retrieval flow for support tickets and are working to validate it internally. Once the internal validation is complete, we\u2019ll begin a general deployment and reenable the functionality in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Currently we anticipate full remediation by Tuesday, August 6, 2024. <\/p>\n
