More info: Affected users may observe that when they attempt to sign in, when this completes, they’re returned back to the copilot.microsoft.com page, but are still not signed in. Users who have previously been signed in are able to access the service as expected.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve isolated a recently deployed configuration change to the API for the Copilot chat service that\u2019s resulting in impact. We\u2019ve developed and deployed a fix; however, the deployment didn\u2019t complete as anticipated. We’re reviewing the deployment to identify and address the problem to ensure that it\u2019s successful.<\/p>\n
