– Admins may be unable to load pages or solution tabs relating to Microsoft Purview or any Microsoft Defender service.
– Admins may be unable to load pages or solution tabs within the Microsoft Purview governance portal.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’re continuing to rebalance the request traffic, and some users may see improvement in the service functionality; however, some impact persists. We’re evaluating other possible actions to expedite the remediation.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user hosted in the United States, Canada, or Brazil that are attempting to access their Exchange Online mailbox through Outlook on the web and any admin attempting to load pages and solution tabs related to Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender services, and the governance portal may be impacted.<\/p>\n
