Final status: After testing within our internal testing environment and an extended period of monitoring the service health infrastructure, we’ve determined that impact has been remediated for all affected users.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user who attempted to translate Viva Engage posts in different languages may have been impacted.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recently implemented service update which introduced a misconfiguration with the translator policies was resulting in impact.<\/p>\n
