More info: This issue impacts access to the Live Response, Isolation, and Device Onboarding status features in the Defender XDR portal. The tabs where these features would be located in the Defender XDR portal may be missing.<\/p>\n

Current status: We identified a recent service change that occurred near the start of this issue. We reverted that change as a potential remediation option, but this didn’t remediate impact. We’re continuing our review of the HAR logs and the authentication request pipeline to identify a strategy that remediates impact.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access the Live Response, Isolation, and Device Onboarding status features from the Defender XDR portal may be impacted.<\/p>\n

Root cause: Authentication requests aren’t being routed correctly due to a larger than expected size of the header data transmitted in the requests, resulting in impact.<\/p>\n
