Current status: We’ve identified a recent service update to a portion of of the Microsoft Forms service infrastructure that contains a problematic code change, resulting in impact. We’ve reverted the impacting service update and we’re deploying a fix to restore service functionality. We’ll aim to provide a timeline for the fix to complete deployment by our next scheduled update.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to insert Stream (classic) or Stream (on SharePoint) videos into their questions within Microsoft Forms may be impacted.<\/p>\n
