More info: This issue impacts access to the Live Response, Isolation, and Device Onboarding status features in the Defender XDR portal. The tabs where these features would be located in the Defender XDR portal may be missing.<\/p>\n

Current status: We determined that a recent code change prevents authentication requests from being routed to the endpoint due to a larger than expected size of the header data transmitted in the requests. We previously reverted the offending change, but this caused another issue to resurface. To resolve this, we reimplemented the offending code change and are deploying a code fix to allow users to access the missing features in the Defender XDR portal. We’ll provide a deployment timeline if one becomes available.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access the Live Response, Isolation, and Device Onboarding status features from the Defender XDR portal may be impacted.<\/p>\n
