Current status: We’ve concluded the deployment of our code fix, and have received feedback from some affected users that the issue is mitigated. We’re conducting a monitoring period to ensure that impact has been remediated across the entirety of the affected environment. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access the Live Response, Isolation, and Device Onboarding status features from the Defender XDR portal may be impacted.<\/p>\n

Root cause: Authentication requests aren’t being routed correctly due to a larger than expected size of the header data transmitted in the requests, resulting in impact.<\/p>\n
