The conditional download of many Microsoft-developed apps during feature updates has been first available in Windows 11, version 22H2. The Microsoft Edge app is included in conditional download with the latest Windows release. <\/div>\n

Devices that are on Windows 11, version 24H2 are likely to update faster and use less space and resources during monthly and feature updates. If these devices use Microsoft Edge, it will now conditionally download during feature updates.
