Create or edit a policy in Purview Data Loss Prevention for OneDrive or SharePoint.  <\/p>\n<p>2. Create a rule and select the required conditions and actions. Turn on <i>User notifications<\/i> and select  <i>Notify users in Office 365 service with a policy tip or email notifications<\/i>. Then, select  <i>Preview and edit notification email:<\/i>  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" alt=\"admin controls\" src=\"https:\/\/img-prod-cms-rt-microsoft-com.akamaized.net\/cms\/api\/am\/imageFileData\/RW1qRU0?ver=70e2\">  <\/p>\n<p>3. Save the rule.  <\/p>\n<p><i>User experience<\/i>  <\/p>\n<p>When a DLP rule matches a file, users selected in rule configuration will receive an email notification.
