Users may have seen one of the following error messages while trying to use the Modern Translator feature:<\/p>\n

“Sorry, we can’t load this feature. Please make sure you have network and\/or Internet Connectivity. Click ‘Retry’ once you’re back online.”<\/p>\n

“Feature Error. We couldn’t connect to the catalog server for this feature.”<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve investigated a problem in which users were unable to use the Modern Translator feature in some Microsoft 365 services and received an error, and confirmed that service is now restored.
