This feature provides technicians with a quick summary of their work orders, outlining key details and other contextual information. This feature will reach general   availability on March 26, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>How does this affect me?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  When you generate a summary with Copilot, the system uses the work order ID and your security profile to determine which relevant data to display by pulling contextual information directly from the work order and related records to generate the summary.<\/p>\n<p>  By default, Copilot provides summaries based on a list of fields that Microsoft maintains.
